Todd Bauer has trained me for almost four years. When we began I really needed his help. I was recovering from several injuries due to marathon overtraining. At that time running was not possible. Because running was my exercise outlet, it was tough being enthusiastic for alternative exercise approaches. I let myself go and lost my conditioning, especially core strength.

Todd worked with me and developed a plan to rebuild my core and bring back my general conditioning. At the same time, he worked with me on lower body strength and getting me back to running- one of my major fitness goals.

Todd’s knowledge and training guidance, along with proper sports massage therapy suggested by him, has me running again. The variety of his training techniques also helps maintain balance between running, core strength and general wellness and conditioning. I am in much better shape today than when I was only running.
