Should You Really "Trust The Crust?"

With cauliflower packed full of quality nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K, protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, potassium, and manganese, it is understandable why many (including those that go through my 30 Day Life Reset program) opt for cauliflower as the base to their pizza crust.

But be weary, not all crusts are created equal. Just because cauliflower is good for you, doesn't mean the other ingredients in a pre-made cauliflower crust are as well. Always flip the packages over to make sure they do not contain ingredients that may cause gut inflammation. This bloating in your belly may be what's preventing you from losing that unwanted fat.

Remember, the closer you get to your goals, the stricter you will have to be with your nutrition!
