On Program Recipe Links

Anytime you focus on eating healthier, a lot of your food options seem to go away, so finding and creating new routine and go to meals is essential to your success. 

One of the most common requests I get from my clients is for more "on plan" recipes. No matter what diet you may be trying, when you are transitioning away from "off program foods," such as dairy, or gluten, you don't have to completely shy away from your regular recipes just because it contains one or two off unallowed ingredients. It is perfectly acceptable to swap those ingredients for their healthier versions; such as using coconut flour instead of white flour, or ghee instead of butter. Also, don't be afraid to reach out into the web-mosphere to find new and exciting recipes to shake things up. As I tell anyone going through my Life Reset program, now is the perfect time to become one of those annoying foodies.
