So you've gone through the Life Reset program and you've found out which foods are causing what reaction to your system. Now it's time to incorporate some of those foods back in.
I hear it all the time, "I don't want to ever go back to (x) but wouldn't mind having (y) here and there." Of course you are going to want to treat yourself here in there, or go "off plan" for a nice meal or to have your favorite meal. So here is a list of what I call the "best of the bad stuff."
